Type 114 Filters
CHARACTERISTICS
  • Vertical pressure chamber
  • Vertical tubes (solids collect on outer tube surface)
  • Cleaned by hydraulic shock of back washing
  • All common materials of construction. Tubes can be metal, ceramic or carbon.
APPLICATIONS
  • Well suited to high speed filtration with medium solids loads.
  • Extremely fast cleaning.
  • Cakes discharged in slurried state.
  • Used for petro-chemicals, steam condensate, swimming pools, sugar, chemicals, etc.
Type 122 Filters
CHARACTERISTICS
  • Horizontal pressure chamber
  • Vertical leaf
  • Cleaned by sluice, vibration, air wash or combination of above
  • Chambers can also be furnished with screws for closed discharge
  • All common materials of construction including rubber
APPLICATIONS
  • High clarity filtration of flows with a wide range of solids contents
  • Suited for wet or dry cake discharge
  • Used for vegetable oils, sugar, chemicals, wastes, mining, process water, etc.
Type 112 Filters
CHARACTERISTICS
  • Vertical pressure chamber
  • Vertical leaf with top or bottom outlet
  • Cleaned by sluice, vibration, bag shaker, air wash or combination of above
  • All common materials of construction including rubber
APPLICATIONS
  • Most process flows where high clarity is desired and slurried cake discharge is permitted.
  • Can be equipped with clean-out door for dry cake discharge if desired
  • Used for beverages, chemicals, plating solutions, sugar, water, etc.
Type 116 Filters
CHARACTERISTICS
  • Vertical pressure chamber
  • Horizontal plate with center outlet
  • Cleaned manually with or without scavenger element
  • Various materials of construction
APPLICATIONS
  • High clarity, low to medium solids filtration.
  • In-line polish and trap work
  • Used on beverages, sugar, water, petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, oil-derivatives, paint, etc.
