Industrial Membraflo TM membrane allows for suspended solids filtration down to 1 micro- ABSOLUTE! When it comes to chemical processing , this can mean 100% product solids recovery or near pure liquid product generation. The unique contruction of industrial Membraflo TOM permits operation in the microfiltration range, and is often used as a pre-filter for ultrafiltration membrane (UF) systems, reverse osmosis, and ion exchange. The undstrial Membraflow TOM filter socks are used in conjunction with our Type 114 tubular backwasing filters or any tubular filter. The membranes can be cleaned at backwash pressure up to 25 psi and are ideal on systems that oerpate at low delta P and low pressure back pulse.
